Serena Lawless is Senior Director of Business Development
for RealNetworks’ international mobile division. In working
with Europe's leading carriers, appliance manufacturers and content
providers, Ms. Lawless is helping to deliver RealNetworks’
promise of "broadcast once, reach anyone". Having worked
in Senior Business Development roles with both Ericsson and LogicaCMG
over the past ten years in Business Support Systems and the Service
Network layer, she has gathered a rich insight into the challenges
faced by carriers in delivering compelling data services. Ms Lawless
has a BA in Communications Studies from Dublin City University and
a Postgraduate diploma in Computing from the University of Limerick.
