Wine tasting
The culture of wine and the vineyards are deeply embedded in the history of the Languedoc region.
Each area bears the signature of this heritage wrought by the hand of man.
You will discover the tale of the world’s largest vineyard, the careful labour involved, the varieties or grapes, appellations, and the wine-making and ageing techniques that are used.
Curiosity is key to understanding and to gaining a deeper appreciation for wine; learning to savour it by meeting with the winemakers who come with culinary delights that complement their fare: Le Château de la Négly, appellation La Clape, L'Ermitage du Pic Saint Loup, appellation Pic Saint Loup, Saint Georges d'Ibry, Le Moulin de Lene, appellation Pays de côtes de Thongues, Domaine de Saint Martin des Champs, appellation Saint Chinian, Domaine Pouderoux AOC Maury .
