Droits d'inscription
The registration fee covers :
• admittance to the conference hall, the luncheons, the receptions, the conference proceedings and the special issue of COMMUNICATIONS & STRATEGIES

• and a 2004 subscription to the IDATE review

• TVA 19,6%. Since the service is provided in France, no VAT exemption is possible.

Registration is valid only after payment of the corresponding fee. Upon receipt of this form together with your payment, we will send you a confirmation of registration and an invoice. If payment has not been made in full before the Conference, participants will be charged on arrival.
Payment by government money transfer order is restricted to public service authorities, and the present registration form must be accompanied by an official order form. Proof of attendance can be supplied on request and can be obtained directly from our hostesses.

Cancellations should be confirmed in writing and must reach Alpha Visa Congrès before Tuesay 2 November 2004. A 15 % handling charge will be deducted from the reimbursement of already-paid registration fees.
After this date, there can be no reimbursement and all outstanding fees will be due.
