Mr. Rousseau is Managing Director at BNP
Paribas Media & Telecoms Finance.
He has been previously Head of Media &
Telecomunications for BNP Paribas Corporate
Finance and Executive Vice-President of
Banexi (Group BNP), in charge of Mergers
and Acquisitions for the TMT sector.
Prior to joining the investment banking
sector in 1998, P.O. Rousseau has served
as Commissioner of the Conseil supérieur
de l’audiovisuel (CSA). From January
1990 to January, 1993, Mr. Rousseau has
been Head of Television and Radio Services
at Eutelsat.
Mr. Rousseau is currently serving as member
of the Board of Directors of Intelsat, Ltd.
and of Music Choice Europe. |
