Enrico Deluchi is VP of Service Provider
Sales Operation at Cisco EMEA.
With over 15 years of experience in Telecommunications
and Networking, Enrico has seen the evolution
of TLC market and the emergence of Alternative
operators. Enrico Deluchi’s involvement
with Alternative Operators since the start
of deregulation in Europe in 1994, contributing
to the start-up of many of them, has resulted
in strong relationships with many players
in the industry throughout EMEA based on
a solid foundation of knowledge and experience.
Starting his career at Italtel in the late
80’s in the High Speed Data business,
Deluchi was one of the pioneers behind packet
broadband data networks in Italy.
Moving to AT&T in 1994, Deluchi spent
two years in charge of Packet Network and
Operation Support Systems Sales for Carrier
customers. In this position he was a forerunner
in building relationships with the first
Alternative Italian service provider Omnitel/Vodafone
in those days bidding for the second GSM
license in Italy.
With Cisco since 1996, Deluchi has been
in charge developing the Service Provider
market, first in Italy then taking increasing
responsibilities in South Europe before
his appointment as head of EMEA Marketing
and Business Development for the Service
Provider Wireline group.
Deluchi graduated at Milan’s Polytechnic,
with a Masters in Electronic Engineering.
